How to buy, shipping and returns.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU WANT AN INVOICE, CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER BY SENDING YOUR DATA INCLUDING VAT AND PEC AND UNIQUE CODE. AFTER PURCHASE THE REQUEST CANNOT BE MANAGED.

Product Search:

search for the product by first selecting the brand and then the model
search for the product by browsing the various categories

Product selection:

Click on the cart button to add the product to your order.
If the product has multiple colors, choose your color based on the model you need (model ABCDEF etc... each letter corresponds to a specific color).
If you want more than one product, choose multiple products and add them to your cart, as above.
If you want to customize a product in colors or in the shape itself, please contact us before making the purchase.
the kit is composed of the pieces shown in the listing, if any stickers are missing, please ask before purchasing if these are included in the kit or not. (being replicated from dated motorcycles they could be missing, and for this reason we were not able to reproduce all the stickers). no complaints will be accepted once received.
the colors shown in the exploded view of the kit (image under the photo or in the center of the listing) is an example, being drawn and not a photo, it cannot show the real color. in the listings a real photo of the kit applied to the motorcycle is inserted, which will have a greater value than the color of the kit. we are working to insert them in all the listings present.

cash on delivery , with an additional charge of €10.00 ( ITALY ONLY ) and is not applied to personalized kits
bank transfer (usually 2 to 4 days to receive it and process the order)

Shipping:

3 modes, standard/fast/express days are counted from the moment of crediting
All our products are shipped only and exclusively with Express Courier with Trackable package.
Shipping to Italy is free in standard mode. For other countries the corresponding price will be visible once you have chosen your country at cheekout (always before making the purchase).
As per law, products always travel at the buyer's expense and risk, it will be our concern and service to communicate with the courier in case of problems.
If the package is delivered damaged, tampered with or otherwise attributable to its transport, please sign with reservation , in order to be able to claim compensation from the courier for the damaged goods. If this is not done, you will not be able to claim compensation.
It is possible to have insurance that can cover the entire value of the shipped goods through payment.
if any stickers are missing from the kit as shown in the demo of the listings (usually the exploded view in the central part) please check them upon receipt and no later than 14 days. If one or more stickers are missing, send the request with the photo of all the stickers you have received, so that we can check and issue a new shipment. any complaint after the APPLICATION or after 14 DAYS will not be considered. it is always good practice to check and make a complaint before using the stickers, so as not to tamper with anything and facilitate our control . always check carefully inside the package as soon as you receive it. thanks for your cooperation

Returns:

in case of incorrect purchase or second thoughts not dependent on the product itself (relating to the color tip that may differ, the metallic that we cannot print and the proportions with an incidence of less than 5%, we do not sell copies but replicas), the return is accepted, the return shipments will be paid by the buyer and the refund will be issued minus the outward shipping costs incurred by the company.
In case of defective material, once the product is received back it will be checked and a refund will be issued.
Any return request must be received within 14 days, after which any request will be void.
Return requests for personalized items are not accepted.
For returned products received damaged/missing by the buyer, a partial refund will be calculated.

THE KITS ARE NOT COPIES OR ORIGINALS BUT REPLICAS

ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY THE MANUFACTURERS HAVE THEM IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINALS.

WE DO NOT SELL LOGOS WHICH ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS,

THEY ARE USED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AS PER AFTERMARKET PRODUCT LAW.
