Can I customize any sticker? Many kits are customizable, just ask first via CONTACT US at the bottom of the page.
How do I find my bike? In the STICKER KITS section the kits are divided by brand, by entering the category and scrolling you can see the kits.
I can't find my model, what should I do? We don't have all the kits produced to date, contact us to find out if it's a kit that we already have in progress, or we can offer you at a reserved price (cost), the collection of the fairings at your home, the graphic reworking of the kit and its production.
can i buy from abroad? we ship our kits worldwide. with express courier.
how long do i have to wait to receive the kit from the moment of purchase? all our kits are produced at the moment of purchase to always offer a new product. therefore in "normal" periods in 3/4 days the package is shipped, in other periods 5/6 days. in italy 24h from sending and it is delivered, islands and some locations 48h. in europe generally in 48h, outside europe from 48h to 72h.
what types of payment do you accept? the accepted payments are the following for Italy - Hand collection at our office, Postepay, Credit card via the NEXI circuit present within the site with ssl protocol, cash on delivery (only for standard non-customized kits), amazon pay and bank transfer. from abroad - Credit card via the nexi circuit with ssl protocol, bank transfer and amazon pay.
Are you also on ebay and amazon or other e-commerce engines? We are officially present today with our store on Amazon and Aliexpress. You can find our kits for sale on ebay and other channels in France, Belgium, Australia, Japan and Norway but we are not directly us but sellers who buy our kits to then resell them, it is our product but we are not directly us.
Can I have a preview demo for a custom kit? Demos are created upon payment. Prices start from €5.00
Can you create a custom graphic for me exclusively starting from scratch? Yes, the service of an exclusive kit has different costs than a "standard" kit. The graphic reworking costs €45.00 per hour and can be quantified once you have learned the work that needs to be done + the cost of the printed kit.
Can I buy partials from the original replica series kits? We do not sell or recommend partials to integrate with an original livery. Our replicas are printed with eco-solvent with a plotter and carved. The originals are printed with varnish in silkscreen and carved with dies, being 2 different principles, there could be differences. Therefore we recommend the complete replacement of the original stickers with the replica ones so as to have a homogeneous work on all the fairings or look for the original stickers at the dealers or online. No one who prints with a plotter will ever have a copy but rather a replica. Under 300/400 euros it cannot be considered a kit printed with varnish in silkscreen due to costs and printing technique.
Are the serial replica kits identical to the originals? As mentioned above, the printing techniques are different, so it may differ. Ours are replicas and not copies. The only ones who can guarantee you the identical kit are the manufacturers of the same kits.
With my motorcycle I do enduro/cross are your stickers suitable? As a basic we have a 180 micron sticker which in terms of thickness is commonly used on standard fairings, among the options we have the crystal material which has the function of use in competitive off road, with a thickness of 500 microns which serves to cushion the blows received on the fairings and a super-strong glue which makes the sticker adhere to the maximum. If there is no option on the kit you have chosen, ask for the crystal variant and you will be given a quote.
Can you see the photo of the actual kit? We have a section called gallery where you can see the actual photos of our customers with the kit applied.
Is the application of the kit easy? Can I do it myself or do I have to go to a body shop? Difficult or easy depends on the manual ability of each individual, not knowing each other we cannot tell you if it is easy or difficult. They are cast adhesives that conform to anti-bubble curves, for easy application. If you are good at the hobby world, you can apply them, if you are at zero with DIY, we certainly do not recommend you do it yourself. 80% of customers who are manual dexterity apply it themselves, with patience and dedication to what they are doing. If the body shop does not have a certificate from an applicator course, they do not have any qualifications, therefore it is not always wise to contact them or at least make sure they know how to do it. You will find on our page some trusted installers that we can recommend, the list is constantly updated. If you want to come to our office we will be happy to do the work for you.
I don't like the kit, can I return it? Of course, as long as it is not customized and the kit is intact with all its parts.
The kit arrived and during shipping it suffered some creases, what can I do? The cast adhesive that we use has no problems if a crease appears, by heating it once spread it returns perfectly in line. We have a YouTube channel where in a video we demonstrate that even by crumpling a sticker and treating it with hot air 2 seconds it returns to its real position. In the event that it is broken or something else not dependent on us, an exchange will be agreed. If the package delivered by the courier at first glance is in deformed conditions, it is advisable that you sign the receipt with reservation so as to be able to recover from the carrier.
